By scheduling services, dropping off a vehicle, authorizing work, or allowing Premier Island Auto Detail (“Detail Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to perform services, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. AUTHORIZATION TO PERFORM SERVICES

Customer authorizes Premier Island Auto Detail to perform automotive detailing and cleaning services, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Hand wash and rinse

  • Exterior soap wash

  • Interior vacuuming

  • Interior wipe-down and surface cleaning

  • Tire and wheel cleaning

  • Window and glass cleaning

  • Basic detailing, cosmetic, and maintenance services

Customer acknowledges that all services are cosmetic and maintenance-based only and do not constitute mechanical repair, restoration, or reconditioning.


2. NO WARRANTY – STANDARD DETAILING SERVICES

Premier Island Auto Detail provides no warranty, express or implied, on standard wash or detailing services.

We do not guarantee:

  • Complete stain removal

  • Oil, grease, sap, or odor removal

  • Scratch removal or paint correction

  • Restoration to “like-new” condition

Results vary based on vehicle age, condition, materials, and pre-existing damage.


3. PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

Customer acknowledges that vehicles may contain pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches, swirl marks, dents, chips

  • Worn upholstery, cracked leather, torn fabric

  • Faded paint, oxidation, rust

  • Loose trim, moldings, or interior components

Premier Island Auto Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions revealed during cleaning.


4. INTERIOR CLEANING & PERSONAL PROPERTY

Customer is solely responsible for removing all personal items and valuables prior to service.

Premier Island Auto Detail is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

  • Cash, electronics, documents, jewelry, or valuables

Interior compartments may be opened only as necessary to perform authorized services.


5. FINAL INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

Customer agrees that:

  • Vehicle condition must be inspected at pickup

  • Once the vehicle leaves the premises, all services are deemed:

    • Completed

    • Accepted

    • Free and clear of discrepancies

No claims, complaints, chargebacks, or disputes will be honored after the vehicle departs the property.


6. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of services

  • No vehicle will be released until payment is received

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds once services are completed

Premier Island Auto Detail reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until full payment is made, as permitted under Hawaii law.

Customer payment obligations are absolute and are not excused, delayed, or reduced by any third-party event, circumstance, or force majeure condition.


7. STORAGE & LATE PICKUP FEES

  • Same-day pickup is expected unless otherwise agreed

  • Overnight or late pickup may incur storage fees

  • Vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup time may be subject to additional charges


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (HAWAII LAW)

To the maximum extent permitted by Hawaii law, Premier Island Auto Detail shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of use or diminished value

  • Cosmetic imperfections

  • Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to services

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.


9. RELEASE & WAIVER OF CLAIMS

Customer releases and waives any and all claims against Premier Island Auto Detail, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents arising from:

  • Vehicle condition

  • Services performed

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Third-party claims related to the vehicle

Customer assumes all risk associated with vehicle condition and use.


10. INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Premier Island Auto Detail from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Customer’s vehicle

  • Customer’s property

  • Third-party claims

  • Customer’s failure to disclose vehicle conditions


11. NO FRAUD OR MISREPRESENTATION

Premier Island Auto Detail does not misrepresent services, capabilities, or outcomes.

Customer acknowledges understanding of service limitations prior to authorization.


12. FORCE MAJEURE

Premier Island Auto Detail shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Power outages

  • Government orders

  • Labor disruptions

Force majeure events do not relieve the Customer of payment obligations for services rendered or completed.


13. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Hawaii.

Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be Honolulu County, Hawaii.


14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


15. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By authorizing services, Customer confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms

  • Agree to all conditions

  • Accept all risks associated with detailing services
